Monarch grocery shop is here from 2005 Russian & East European food shop which brings happiness to everyone who used to buy similar food back home. It opened in 2005 in Finchley Central as a place where Russian, Romanian and Lithuanian speaking residents of England could buy and communicate with others in their native language.
